Current Nevada APRN license or eligibility for licensure. Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner through an accredited national certifying organization. Current, unrestricted RN/APRN license. Valid DEA registration or eligibility to obtain. Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required. Primary care experience strongly preferred. Experience providing comprehensive care to adult patients. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care coordination skills. Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care and quality outcomes. EMR proficiency; experience with population health or value-based care is a plus.
