Deliver comprehensive healthcare services, including physical exams, vaccinations, and management of acute and chronic conditions, primarily within school-based centers and other clinical sites. Document patient encounters accurately, adhere to clinical guidelines, and stay current with medical knowledge through CME activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support the Patient Centered Medical Home model, and assist in policy development and quality improvement efforts. Participate in community outreach, promote health awareness, and supervise students and residents as appropriate. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, maintain confidentiality, and deliver excellent customer service. Minimum qualifications include licensure and certification as an NP/PA in NY, experience in pediatric/family medicine, and ALS certification. Preferred qualifications include 2-3 years of clinical experience, community health background, EMR proficiency, and bilingual skills. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually.
