Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Otolaryngology Advanced Practice Provider (APP)—Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - to join our team in Broomall, PA. The Advanced Practice Provider provides independent and collaborative care as a member of the Otolaryngology team for pediatric patients requiring diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of conditions involving ears, nose, and throat disorders. The APP will work in collaboration with physicians to assist with the overall care of the patients in Otolaryngology at our Broomall Pennsylvania location with some cross coverage to TJU.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, family-centered care in the outpatient setting, including comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations. Perform in-office procedures under the supervision of an attending physician (e.g., cerumen removal, assistance with flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy, etc.). Educate patients, families, and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs, supporting informed decision-making and continuity of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide ongoing clinical education to support excellence within the Division of Otolaryngology. Serve as a clinical resource and specialty consultant to colleagues across Nemours Children's Health and within the broader community. Participate in quality improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, and supporting implementation in alignment with Nemours' goals.
