We provide full administrative support for patient care related tasks, billing, scheduling, and RCM management. Our office is conveniently located in downtown Montpelier, VT, down the street from the capital. There are several available fully furnished office spaces currently available, in addition to common work areas, kitchen, etc.. Requirements Hold an active license or certification relevant to your discipline Be proficient with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth or similar platforms; familiarity with CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD-9/10). Maintain current certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and relevant procedural certifications like where applicable. Demonstrate knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance. Join us and be a part of a growing team.
