$90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Job Description Are you a Functional Medicine-certified Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about helping patients transform their health beyond prescriptions alone? Southwest Mind & Body Care is seeking a motivated, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner with functional medicine certification to join our growing wellness-focused practice. This role is ideal for a provider who understands that optimal health requires a deeper, whole-person approach—including hormones, gut health, nutrition, metabolic health, supplements, behavior change, and long-term wellness. What We're Looking For We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who: Holds an active Nurse Practitioner license and functional medicine certification Has a strong understanding of functional and root-cause medicine Understands hormone optimization and metabolic health Has experience with gut health and functional testing Is knowledgeable about evidence-based supplements and lifestyle interventions Enjoys educating, motivating, and coaching patients Understands behavior change and motivational interviewing techniques Believes in preventive, personalized, and root-cause medicine Values relationship-based patient care Is passionate about helping patients improve energy, longevity, body composition, and overall wellness Preferred Experience Experience in the following areas is highly valued: Functional medicine Hormone optimization and HRT/TRT Weight management and metabolic health Gut health and microbiome testing Nutritional counseling Peptide therapies Lifestyle and longevity medicine Preventive and integrative medicine Personalized wellness plans Functional laboratory testing and interpretation Compensation Compensation is competitive and will be based on: Years of clinical experience Functional medicine experience and training Specialty certifications Hormone and metabolic health experience Functional testing experience Patient education, coaching, and communication skills Opportunities for performance incentives, professional growth, and continued development are available.
