You'll care for a dedicated panel of female patients ages 13 and up alongside the practice's sole provider and owner, with roughly 60-70% of the patient population being Spanish-speaking, so fluent spoken Spanish is essential to the role.

Onboarding is genuinely hands-on:

the owner works directly with every new hire for the first three weeks, starting with simpler visits and gradually building toward a fuller panel as you get comfortable. Responsibilities Provide adolescent visits, well-woman exams, and preventive screening for patients ages 13 and up Manage gynecologic concerns and ongoing women's health care across a diverse patient panel Support prenatal and postpartum care, birth control counseling, and routine follow-up visits Communicate with and care for a primarily Spanish-speaking patient population directly in Spanish Work independently as the only other clinician in the practice day-to-day, with direct mentorship and backup from the physician owner Qualifications Fluent spoken Spanish required — patients receive care in the language they're most comfortable in Active FNP, WHNP, or PA board certification required Active Texas APRN or PA license required Comfort caring for an all-female patient population across the full scope of women's health, ages 13 and up

For NPs:

new grads welcome, no minimum experience required; prior RN Labor & Delivery or Women's Health experience preferred For PA-C candidates: prior OB-GYN experience required Comfortable working independently in a small, solo practice setting, with genuine interest in building long-term patient relationships DEA registration not required to start, but candidates should be open to obtaining one over time Compensation and Benefits $100,000
