Job Description
Texas Post Acute Care is expanding and seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing clinical team. This position offers the independence and autonomy of private practice with the support of a collaborative healthcare environment. The provider will care for patients at partner post-acute and skilled nursing facilities throughout Northeast San Antonio to Austin, TX .
