Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Pain Management New Braunfels, Texas | Full-Time Join a Growing Pain Management Practice in New Braunfels Tricity Pain Associates is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our New Braunfels clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advanced practice provider who enjoys building relationships with patients, working collaboratively with physicians and clinical teams, and helping patients improve their quality of life through comprehensive pain management. We are looking for someone who is confident working independently, comfortable managing an established patient population, and ready to become an important part of our New Braunfels team. What You'll Do As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will provide and manage direct patient care within our pain management practice, including: Perform patient examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning Manage ongoing care for new and established pain management patients Prescribe medications and treatment regimens as clinically appropriate Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when needed Refer patients to specialists and other appropriate care services Coordinate care with physicians, clinical staff, and other members of the patient's care team Educate patients regarding their conditions, treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow established clinical, quality, safety, and infection-control standards Support a positive patient experience and collaborative clinic environment
What We're Looking For Required:
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Active Texas PA-C or Nurse Practitioner license Active DEA registration Current CPR and ACLS certification 2+ years of pain management or closely related clinical experience Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and patient-care skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
