$0.00 (pay package discussed upon application) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program and dedicated support team What You'll Do Provide urgent care services to a diverse outpatient patient population Perform procedures including suturing, incision and drainage, and foreign body removal Manage common urgent care conditions with diagnostic testing and interpretation Stabilize patients and coordinate higher-level care when needed Document all patient interactions accurately in Epic EMR Contribute to a patient-centered environment supporting optimal outcomes What You Need Virginia Nurse Practitioner license Certification in BLS Prior experience in urgent care or outpatient clinics Strong procedural skills, including suturing and minor injury management Excellent communication and patient care skills About the Assignment Join a leading outpatient clinic in Midlothian, VA, providing episodic care for a wide patient age range.
