Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable 24/7 dedicated team support throughout assignment What You'll Do Respond to codes and rapid response calls Manage ventilator and step-down level patients Provide adult inpatient and observation care, managing stabilization of critically ill patients Collaborate with nursing, ED, and surgical teams to ensure seamless patient care Document patient encounters accurately using Cerner Community Works EMR and AI scribe support Participate in hospital quality initiatives and patient safety protocols What You Need Active Nurse Practitioner license in Vermont Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient/hospitalist experience Ventilator management and critical care skills preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to handle high-acuity patients Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a small community hospital that values collegiality and quality care.
