Experience:
At least 2 years preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated team committed to your success What You'll Do Respond to codes and rapid responses Manage ventilator care and step-down level patients Stabilize critically ill patients and coordinate transfers Provide inpatient/hospital-based adult patient care Collaborate with nursing staff, ED team, surgeons, and case management Document care using Cerner Community Works EMR with AI scribe support Support patient flow and discharge processes What You Need Active Vermont Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license or eligible Minimum 2 years of inpatient or hospitalist experience Ventilator management experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and stabilization skills Ability to manage high-acuity adult patients in a community hospital setting About the Assignment Join a small, friendly community hospital with a collaborative spirit.
