Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant , you will be responsible for delivering top-notch patient care and support to our clients.
Your primary duties will include:
Monitoring and reporting patient vital signs and condition Providing basic care and assistance with daily living activities Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
