We're looking for a caring, reliable Caregiver to join our team in Bella Vista, AR. In this role, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting seniors with daily activities, offering companionship, and helping them maintain dignity and independence. Job Requirements:

Must be eighteen (18) years of age. Must have a minimum of 1 year caregiving experience. Demonstrate sympathetic attitude toward caring for others. Previous experience in private duty home care preferred. Ability to lawfully work in the U.S. Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. Responsibilities Provide compassionate and attentive caregiving to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor and document patient health and behavior, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and organized living environment, including light housekeeping tasks. Support clients in social activities and community engagement to enhance their quality of life.
