Eligible newly hired CNAs and Per Diem CNAs may receive: $250 after successfully completion of the introductory period An additional $250 after successful completion of the following three quarters. Duties Assist residents with activites of daily living Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Support resident comfort, dignity, and safety Communicate effectively with nursing staff and care teams Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans Requirements Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing. Prior experience working in long-term care facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living communities is highly preferred. Experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks is desirable. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and aseptic techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting residents with Hoyer lifts and assisting with mobility. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and support residents' needs.
