Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - 13-Week Contract Assignments Divine Medical Staffing Services, LLC Divine Medical Staffing Services, LLC is seeking reliable, professional, and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for 13-week contract assignments at healthcare facilities throughout California . We partner with healthcare facilities across the state to provide dependable staffing support. Contract locations and availability vary based on current facility needs. This opportunity is ideal for CNAs who are interested in longer-term assignments, consistent scheduling, and the opportunity to work at facilities in different areas throughout California. Contract Details 4, 8, 13-week contract assignments Opportunities throughout California AM, PM, and NOC shifts may be available Full-time schedules may be available depending on the contract Contract schedules and hours vary by facility Weekly pay Additional contract opportunities may be available upon completion Specific location, schedule, start date, shift, and contract requirements will be provided for each available assignment. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care Assist with transfers, repositioning, mobility, and ambulation Take and document vital signs as required Assist residents during meals as needed Observe residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff Follow infection-control and safety procedures Complete required documentation accurately and timely Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and safety Communicate professionally with residents, families, and facility staff Follow the policies and procedures of the assigned healthcare facility Maintain dependable attendance throughout the contract assignment Requirements Current and active California CNA certification Current CPR/BLS certification when required Current physical and TB clearance Required health and compliance documentation Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Dependable and professional Ability to meet facility-specific onboarding requirements Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Ability to commit to the requirements of the accepted 13-week contract What We Look For Divine Medical Staffing Services values CNAs who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, strong communication, and quality resident care.
