Position Overview:

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing hospice team. In this role, you will provide exceptional personal care to hospice patients throughout Garden Grove and surrounding areas . Healing Care Hospice is known for providing patient visits up to five days per week, allowing our aides to build meaningful relationships with the patients and families they serve. This position begins as part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time permanent position after three consecutive months, based on performance and business needs.

Compensation:

$30-$35 per patient visit $21-$25 per hour $0.72.5 per mile reimbursement between patient visits No limit on the number of patient visits you can accept Opportunity to earn income comparable to our

Qualifications:

Active California CNA or HHA certification Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Current auto insurance Employment eligibility in the U.S. Willing to travel up to 30 miles within the service area Must be available to work holidays and weekends as needed Excellent customer service skills Compassionate, caring, attentive, and highly dependable

Training:

All new hires will complete one week of hands-on training at our headquarters in Downey, CA , including field shadowing to ensure confidence and success before working independently.
