Blize Healthcare is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide to join our team. You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility in Solano County and Contra Costa County.Responsibilities:
Providing routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities. Monitoring and reporting changes in patient health status. Providing personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients. Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages. Teaching family members ways to care for patients.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Positive and patient demeanor. Ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to handle physical workload. Experience in home health or hospice.Benefits:
