Key Qualifications:

Current, active Certified Nurse Assistant certification required Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged individuals strongly preferred Familiarity with g-tube feedings and basic medical procedures Reliability and professionalism in maintaining student privacy and upholding ethical standards of care Excellent communication skills to collaborate with school staff, students, and families Ability to adapt quickly to individual student needs and changing environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 care to students, assisting with mobility, feeding (including g-tube administrations), and daily living activities Monitor and document student health status and any changes throughout the school day Maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to established protocols and individual care plans Communicate observations and any health concerns promptly to school nursing staff and teachers Support students in classroom settings, on school grounds, and during school-related activities as needed This position offers full-time, steady daytime hours and a competitive compensation of $20-25 an hour, based on experience and qualifications.
