$1000 $250 paid at 90 days and $250 paid at 6 months $500 at 1 year. Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. This role requires a strong commitment to supporting patients with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, and other memory-related conditions. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Provide support in administering medications and treatments as directed by nursing staff. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with mobility needs using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Engage in effective communication with patients and their families regarding care procedures and progress. Provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging times. Ensure a clean and safe environment for all patients by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Experience Candidates should possess a combination of the following experience or skills: Critical care experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center. Long-term care experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities. Hospital experience in acute care settings such as ICU or emergency medicine. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care. Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for medical documentation. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support techniques. Familiarity with phlebotomy practices and medication administration protocols. Previous caregiving experience in home care or community settings is highly valued.
