Great Fit If You Have:
Live in or near Simi Valley or the Conejo Valley Have 1-2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, or behavioral needs Have experience providing personal care for seniors or individuals with limited mobility (preferred) Certified DSP (Direct Support Professional), CNA, HHA, or Home Care Aide. Have experience using ABA principles, positive behavior support, and behavior redirection strategies (required) Can remain calm, patient, and encouraging while supporting challenging behaviors Have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and families Have a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation Have current CPR certification or are willing to obtain upon hire
