Right at Home is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care for seniors and adults who need assistance with daily living. We have immediate openings for clients in Moorpark, Simi Valley, and Camarillo , and we are hiring qualified applicants ready to make a meaningful difference. Position Overview As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they know best: their own home. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, attentive, reliable, and passionate about supporting others with dignity and respect. Responsibilities Provide companionship and friendly conversation. Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry. Support clients with routine daily activities and personal care needs, as appropriate. Provide medication reminders. Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility support. Offer transportation or accompaniment to errands and appointments when needed. Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member. Maintain a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray required. Must pass a background check. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Previous caregiving experience preferred; training and support are provided. Must have Hoyer Lift experience. Benefits $18.50 -$20 hourly rate, based on experience. Paid weekly. Flexible scheduling with all shifts available.
