  • 6 am shift available. Thursday through Sunday schedule Part time 6 am
  • 2 pm Friday and Saturday Part time 2 pm
  • 10 pm Friday through
Sunday Pay:
Starting at $24 per hour with higher rates based on experience Juniper Village at the Spearly Center is a unique 130 bed skilled nursing facility, specializing in behavioral and mental health. 80% of our Residents are fully independent and can get themselves up and dressed in the morning. Role:
Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs. Check and monitor vital signs as instructed. Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families. Provide excellent customer service.
