Skilled Nursing Facility Are you a compassionate CNA who enjoys helping residents maintain their independence, strength, and quality of life? We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Restorative Nursing Aide (RNA) to join our skilled nursing team. As a Restorative Nursing Aide, you will work closely with nursing and therapy to provide restorative programs designed to help residents maintain or improve their highest level of physical functioning and independence. Responsibilities Provide restorative nursing services according to each resident's individualized care plan. Assist residents with range-of-motion exercises, ambulation, transfers, positioning, mobility, and other restorative programs . Encourage residents to participate in restorative activities and promote independence with activities of daily living. Assist with walking programs and proper use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices. Follow established restorative nursing programs and document resident participation, progress, and response. Observe residents for changes in condition, mobility, strength, or function and promptly report concerns to the appropriate nurse. Work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members. Provide assistance with ADLs and resident care as needed. Maintain resident dignity, privacy, safety, and rights at all times. Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures. Participate in required education, training, and competency evaluations. Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care. Qualifications Current CNA certification required. Must be in good standing with applicable state certification requirements. Restorative nursing or skilled nursing experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to safely assist residents with transfers, mobility, positioning, and restorative exercises. Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills. Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent resident care. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compensation $19.26-$26.75 per hour , based on experience and qualifications. Why Join Our Team?
