CNA -
Extended Care Unit Contract:
13 Weeks |
Start:
08/31/2026
Shift:
5:30 PM-6:00 AM | 36 hrs/week
Unit:
20-bed
Geriatric Unit EMR:
Athena Requirements:
CO CNA + BLS + 1
year SNF experience
Patient Population:
