Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes, supporting their daily living needs while promoting independence, dignity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility assistance and transfers using proper techniques Knowledge of Hoyer lift and slide board Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided Follow all care plans, safety protocols, and agency policies
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification in Colorado Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and interpersonal skills
