Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CNA Clinical Instructor to join our healthcare education team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring aspiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) through their clinical training, ensuring they develop the essential skills needed for patient care in diverse healthcare settings. Supervise students during clinical rotations in various settings such as hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community clinics, ensuring adherence to educational compliance and safety regulations. Assess student performance through documentation review, skills demonstrations, and observation during patient care activities like phlebotomy, ICU procedures, pediatrics, and senior care. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard to facilitate online instruction and track student progress effectively. Collaborate with hospital staff and faculty to coordinate clinical schedules and ensure a seamless integration of classroom theory with practical application. Maintain detailed records of student evaluations, clinical hours, and competency assessments to support accreditation standards and regulatory compliance. Requirements Proven experience supervising or mentoring students in healthcare or nursing education environments. Strong background in patient care roles within acute care, ICU, primary care, or specialized areas such as pediatrics or senior care. Knowledge of learning technology platforms like Blackboard or similar LMS tools for online instruction delivery. Prior experience working in teaching hospitals or healthcare institutions with a focus on curriculum design and development. Familiarity with educational compliance regulations governing healthcare training programs. Excellent communication skills working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and educational levels. Relevant nursing licensure or certification with substantial clinical experience in nursing administration or nurse management preferred.
