Group Home CNA — Per Diem & 4 week renewable assignment Stratford, CT Competitive Pay + Same Day Pay Available $26.00/hr The Nurse Network is seeking compassionate, strong CNA's to join our Group Home team Job Summary The CNA in this 1:1 assignment provides assistance with ADL's, follows care plans including behavioral, promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide supervision, training, and assistance in accordance with person-centered plans Assist with personal care, recreation, and habilitation goals Support individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility Ensure client personal property and adaptive equipment remain clean and in good condition (wheelchairs, clothing, living areas) Accompanies resident during scenic rides Document medications and treatments as prescribed Assist with meal preparation and reinforce nutritional and dietary plans Complete all DDS and regulatory documentation requirements Communicate effectively across care teams Assist with household and operational duties Adapt positively in fast-paced, changing environments Behavioral & Clinical Support Expectations Individuals served may present with complex behavioral and emotional needs . Staff must be comfortable providing supportive interventions in alignment with care plans and training. This may include working with individuals who may exhibit: Self-injurious behaviors Physical / Verbal aggression Property destruction Biting or kicking CNA's are expected to: Utilize de-escalation and crisis intervention techniques Maintain a safe environment for clients and staff Follow all behavioral support plans and safety protocols Participate in required behavioral management trainings Requirements Experience with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral support
REQUIRED DDS

Pay:
