Location:
Stratford, CT Pay:
Starting $26/hr +Same Day Pay Available Shifts Required:
Monday - Saturday 6am-2pm 2pm-10pm Fulltime|Parttime The Nurse Network is seeking an experiencedRBT/DSP/CNA
for a 1:1 group home assignment .REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1 year of DSP experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities —REQUIRED
Group home experience —REQUIRED 1
1 care/support experience —REQUIRED
Comfortable supporting individuals with behavioral and emotional needs DDS experience/training preferredResponsibilities:
Provide 1:1 supervision, support, and assistance according to care plans Assist with ADLs, personal care, recreation, and habilitation Support independence, dignity, and quality of life Follow behavioral support plans and safety protocols Assist with meals, household duties, and maintaining a safe environment Complete required documentation and communicate with the care team Assist with transportation/scenic rides as neededBehavioral Support:
Must be comfortable working with individuals who may display verbal/physical aggression, additional support 24hours while assisting and follow established behavioral and safety plans.Additional Requirements:
Must commit to the schedule 6am-2pm or 2pm -10pm| Monday-Saturday Strong communication and documentation skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable Willingness to complete required DDS/behavioral training If you have 1+ year of DSP experience with developmental disabilities and group home experience, apply today! 860-628-2990Pay:
