Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Must be able to safely operate a Hoyer lift (highly preferred) and assist with client transfers Support personal care needs and maintain a clean environment Promote client independence and dignity Maintain a clean and organized environment Follow care plan and documentation requirements Communicate changes or concerns to supervisors promptlyMinimum Requirements and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Reliable and punctual Compassionate and professional Must pay attention to details and have observational skills required to monitor client's health and safety during shifts. Must be able to multitask to balance multiple client needs.Benefits:
