Caregiver Needed - Day Shift We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced CNA or HHA with a Speech Pathology background to join our growing home care team serving clients in Boynton Beach. This position is ideal for caregivers who have experience with hearing impaird and speech delayed individuals and are passionate about providing high-quality daytime care in a private home setting while communicating effectively with the clients and their families. We are looking for individuals who are patient-focused, reliable, and confident in providing personalized care, including support with recovery, mobility, and daily living needs while ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience Hearing impairment and speech delayed experience required Valid CNA license or HHA certificate required Availability to consistently work day shifts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation CPR certification preferred Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Assist clients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury as directed by the care plan Provide companionship and emotional support throughout the day Monitor and report changes in condition to the care team Assist with medication reminders when permitted Perform light housekeeping related to client care, including laundry and meal preparation Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Follow individualized care plans and communicate effectively with families and staff Ideal Candidate Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Experienced hearing impairment and speech delay Compassionate and patient-centered Professional and respectful Able to work independently with minimal supervision Committed to providing exceptional home care We value caregivers who treat clients with dignity, kindness, and respect while delivering concierge-level care in the comfort of their homes.

Pay:
