Compassionate Caregiver Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide personal care and companionship to a English speaking client , who lives alone. The caregiver will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensure the client's comfort and safety, and foster a supportive environment while following all health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding . Support client with mobility. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs. Monitor for changes in client's condition and promptly report to supervisor. Offer companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment. Accurately document services provided and client's daily progress. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred. Previous experience caring for elderlies. Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols. Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable. Ability to use PPE appropriately and follow infection control guidelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and transfer patients using assistive equipment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
