We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated professionals with experience in developmental disabilities, home care, assisted living, memory care, or behavioral support who are ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. This position offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, ongoing training, supportive supervision, and immediate openings. Job Overview As a Caregiver (DSP, HHA, or CNA), you will provide hands-on assistance and person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, intellectual disabilities, dementia, physical disabilities, and other special needs. Your role is essential in promoting independence, dignity, safety, community inclusion, and overall quality of life while maintaining compliance with APD, AHCA, Medicaid, and company standards. Key Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and mobility assistance. Provide direct care and supervision in home and community settings. Support individuals in achieving personal goals and increasing independence. Monitor and report changes in physical condition, behavior, or health status. Assist with medication reminders and self-administration assistance as permitted by training and regulations. Accompany and support clients during community outings, recreational activities, appointments, and social events. Provide companionship and emotional support. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and household tasks. Assist with safe transfers and mobility using wheelchairs, gait belts, walkers, and Hoyer lifts when applicable. Implement behavioral support strategies and follow individualized care plans. Maintain accurate daily documentation, progress notes, and incident reports. Follow all APD, Medicaid Waiver, HIPAA, safety, and company policies. Maintain a professional, respectful, and person-centered approach at all times.
