C2U Home Care Service is actively hiring a dedicated, compassionate, and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Home Health Aide (HHA) to deliver high-quality, personalized in-home memory care in Milton, FL . This role centers on supporting clients with advanced Alzheimer's disease and dementia who require expert behavioral redirection, safety supervision, and ADL assistance. The chosen caregiver will manage critical mid-day and early evening transitions, including lunch, afternoon activities, and the onset of evening sundowning. Utilize proven, gentle redirection techniques to reduce anxiety, agitation, and confusion that typically arise during late afternoon and early evening hours. Candidates must possess reliable personal transportation to commute to client homes and assist with local errands or appointments in the Milton and surrounding Santa Rosa County areas.

Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:

Active Florida CNA license or an accredited HHA certification.

Dementia Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of professional caregiving history , with extensive, verifiable experience managing advanced Alzheimer's or dementia behaviors.

Certifications:

Current hands-on CPR/BLS certification, documented Florida-compliant Alzheimer's training (preferred).

Background Check:

Clear Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Level 2 background screening.

Transportation:

Valid FL driver's license, and a dependable personal car with current registration and auto insurance . Reliably available Mon•Friday 11am•7pm

Pay:

$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0•40.0 per week
