This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where your skills directly impact patient outcomes and well-being. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in settings like ICU, emergency medicine, or post-acute care to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and ensuring accurate medical records management. Requirements Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program. Experience working in diverse healthcare environments including long-term care facilities, hospitals (Level I Trauma Center preferred), or assisted living communities. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS). Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for medical documentation and patient service records. Prior experience with specialized patient populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, behavioral health patients, or individuals with developmental disabilities. Ability to perform clinical tasks including catheter care, medication administration assistance under supervision, and vital signs measurement accurately. Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to caregiving that respects patient dignity and cultural diversity. Join our team to provide exceptional nursing assistance that enhances patient recovery and quality of life through dedicated service and clinical excellence!
