Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA or Home Health Aide to care one on one with our patients in home.. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and caring, with a strong desire to provide quality care in a calm home environment.
SHIFT OPENINGS
Full Time & Part Time Responsibilities:
Assist the patient with getting ready for the day and daily tasks. Provide light assistance general supervision and reassurance Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Valid CNA license or HHA certificate CPR Certification Prior experience working in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health settings preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and medical documentation practices essential for accurate record-keeping Ability to work independently or as part of a team, shift-based roles across various environments. Strong communication and documentation skills coupled with compassion for patient-centered care; understanding of HIPAA privacy standards is mandatory.
Pay Rate :
Based on experience
Additional Requirements:
Must have a Level II Background and a CNA or HHA certification.
