A Nursing Assistant provides hospital and nursing home patients with basic care and assists them with daily activities. Helps patients with dressing, washing, and feeding. May perform basic medical care under the direction of a nurse or other medical professional. These roles typically require completion of a regional agency-approved training program in order to obtain a certification before practicing.

Position Overview :
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing assistance with daily activities, offering companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities :
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide assistance with mobility, transferring, and positioning as needed. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required. Administer medications according to prescribed schedules. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social outings. Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care setting. Ability to effectively communicate with clients and their families. Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards the elderly and individuals with disabilities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (preferred). Must pass a background check.
