Openings Include:
NOC Shift (Part-time, Full-time, or PRN) Will carry out tasks supportive and complimentary to nursing practices within the facility, providing assistance with activities of daily living, a safe environment, physical comfort, and emotional and social support to the resident under the supervision of a Nurse. Duties and Responsibilities •Not a comprehensive list Report witnessed allegations of resident abuse and/or neglect. Treat residents, family members, visitors and team members with dignity and respect Maintain the confidentiality of all resident and family information. Maintain electronic and/or written records on all residents without omitting or falsify information. Ability to use and/or learn how to use in a proficient manner approved electronic devices that are used for documentation and/or recording keeping.8. .Report to work on time and as scheduled. Assist residents with ADLs. Answer resident call lights with 15 minutes or less, provides necessary assistance in conformance with delegated tasks. Assist dietary aides at meal times in second floor dining rooms. Report pertinent information of incidents and changes in condition of residents to charge nurse. Keep resident rooms and belongings organized and clean. Help residents who need assistance with walking or wheelchairs to second floor dining rooms. Will follow guidelines established in the resident service plan in administering to resident's needs.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
