Job Description

Lone Tree Health Care Center is seeking an expierenced and compassionate CNA for Immediate openings for our 2p- 10p shift! Lone Tree Health Care Center/Pioneer Park is a family-oriented retirement community that provides a continuum of care. Pioneer Park is in the small rural town of Lone Tree, Iowa, established in 1974 the facility is owned by the community and supervised by a local board of directors.

Graduate of CNA Training. Open to new graduates. Must have a valid, active CNA license. Mandatory Dependent Adult Abuse Training (may obtain after hire)
Responsibilities:
Routinely uses acquired knowledge, theory, research, and experience to respond to changes in clinical situations. Serves as a resource to colleagues and a strong advocate for patients/families. Consistently communicates effectively and respectfully with the patient, the patient's family, and other members of the healthcare team. Delivers safe, dependable, and effective care to a patient population independently utilizing the nursing process. Demonstrates developed assessment skills. Documents the CNA process accurately and in the appropriate format (e.g. computer, clinical pathway, chart) Plans and implements patient care independently.

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
