Job description: Nextaff Healthcare is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for flexible per diem opportunities in Manchester, Iowa. Choose shifts that work with your schedule while supporting residents in long-term care and skilled nursing settings.

What we offer:

Pay up to $24/hr Flexible per diem / PRN scheduling Day and night shifts 8- and 12-hour shift opportunities Opportunity to pick up additional shifts based on availability Responsive support from the Nextaff Healthcare team Responsibilities include: Assist residents with activities of daily living Provide safe, compassionate hands-on care Obtain and report vital signs as required Assist with transfers, mobility, toileting, feeding, and personal care Follow facility policies, resident care plans, and infection-control procedures Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team

Requirements:

Active CNA status eligible to work in Iowa 6 months experience from within last year. Valid TB and Physical from within last year. Ability to meet client credentialing and background requirements Reliable transportation to Manchester, IA Dependable attendance and professional communication Long-term care / skilled nursing experience preferred Interested?
