Caregiver responsibilities include:

Provide personal assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities, being prepared to assist with personal care needs, including toileting and showering Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met Maintain a clean and organized living environment Drive individuals to appointments, activities, and outings Assist with lifting, up to 50 lbs, and be able to bend, twist, push and pull to assist clients with daily tasks Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have: Previous caregiving experience (REQUIRED) Dementia Experience Has Reliable Transportation to reach clients A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others A commitment to being present and providing quality care Empathy, patience, kindness and respect Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
