What You'll Do As a CNA, you'll play an important role in helping our residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for each day. Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility. Support residents' care needs and assist with treatments and procedures within the CNA scope of practice and under appropriate nursing supervision. Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes or concerns to the appropriate nursing staff. Document care and observations according to company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the care team to support each resident's individualized plan of care. Respond appropriately in emergencies and provide assistance within your training and scope of practice.
