Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with activities of daily living, measuring and recording vital signs, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care that meets their unique needs and preferences.Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
- Measure and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assist with range of motion exercises, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
