Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, engagement and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, and report any changes to the nursing staff. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Professionally and compassionately interact with family and friends of residents. Help maintain a clean and safe home environment for residents.Qualifications:
Active Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in Illinois. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Ability to work effectively in a team. Compensation and Benefits The pay for this position is $24.00 per hour. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
