Job Description

As a Resource Team RN Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to use your nursing experience across a variety of inpatient areas while serving as a trusted clinical resource for the teams around you. This role is part of our Resource Team supporting both Deaconess Gibson and Deaconess Memorial, floating between the two hospitals. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership, giving you the opportunity to support nurses, coordinate care, and help ensure patients receive consistent, high-quality care wherever you're working. You'll collaborate closely with nursing leadership while helping guide staff, support daily operations, and step in as a resource when challenges arise. Resource Team nurses are known for their flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and ability to quickly adapt to different patient populations and team environments. As a Team Leader, you'll take that experience even further by helping others succeed, supporting orientation and education, and setting a positive example for nursing practice across the organization.
