CNA certification and SAMM training are required .Job Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding) Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) Help with mobility and transfers using wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts Provide emotional support and companionship Observe and report changes in patient condition Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Follow infection control practices, facility protocols, and HIPAA guidelinesQualifications:
Current CNA certification- required High school diploma or GED
- required CPR certification
- required Current physical exam and TB test (within 12 months)
- required At least 1 year of CNA experience
- preferred Strong communication skills Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work effectively as part of a team Must pass background check and drug screening
