Every Other Weekend.

Pay Range:

$33 to $39.60 base pay based on license and experience. Shift Differential added to evening shift. Wellness Nurse

RN or LPN Job Summary:

Implement and coordinate resident care in collaboration with physician and nursing staff. Document all resident care information. Provide functional direction and assistance to nursing support staff. Complete new staff orientation as assigned. Direct resident care to include making round, answering call lights, assist with medications. Complete monthly/quarterly audits, assessments and documentation. Communicate effectively with the residents, families, visitors, members of the health care team, and other disciplines.
