As a Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) on our day shift, you'll help our residents start their day with comfort, dignity, and the support they need to live as independently as possible. If you're a compassionate caregiver who takes pride in making a difference in the lives of others, we'd love to have you join our team. Your Role As a first shift Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ), you'll provide hands-on care to residents in a designated neighborhood, which may include long-term care, skilled nursing, or memory care. You'll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to ensure residents receive safe, respectful, and person-centered care. As a Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) You'll help with: + Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating + Helping residents safely transfer, reposition, and ambulate + Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team + Encouraging resident independence and participation in daily routines + Documenting care and observations accurately in the electronic medical record + Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment + Following infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality standards + Developing positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who are committed to providing exceptional care.
