Job Description
Full-time NOC Caregiver Assist residents with hygiene and personal care, which may include (but not limited to) showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence. Observe and monitor residents' health: physical and emotional conditions. Record residents' vitals, administer medications per RN direction, and maintain daily records. Assist with residents' meal plan preparation, setup, and service. Follow cleaning schedules and daily organizing recommendations. Complete other related and essential duties as assigned. Conduct work tasks safely and in compliance with the facility procedures. Provide effective and courteous service to all residents, guests, and team members. Attend and complete in-service training, online training, and meetings as assigned.
