Benefits Hourly pay range:

$18.00 - $22.00 Paid orientation and ongoing professional training Accrued paid time off (PTO) and sick leave 401(k) retirement plan and insurance packages including dental, vision, and life Referral bonuses for referring qualified new hires Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Ensure safe mobility and transfers to reduce fall risks Prepare meals and maintain a clean, safe home environment Provide transportation to medical appointments, errands, and social events Offer companionship and emotional support to clients Follow care plans accurately and document client progress clearly Schedule & Work Environment Available shifts from 2 to 12 hours—mornings, evenings, and weekends (typically 3-4 hours) Mornings and/or full daytime are currently our most needed shift times Availability required at least every other weekend Care delivered in private residences across Lakeville, Prior Lake, and nearby metro areas Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance required Physical demands include walking, lifting, standing, and assisting transfers Requirements Active Minnesota CNA registration Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance for driving on shifts Clear English communication skills for caregiving and documentation Smartphone with internet for scheduling and communication Completion of paid orientation and training Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years healthcare or caregiving experience preferred Equal Opportunity Employer FirstLight Home Care is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive workforce.
