Responsibilities include:
+ Assisting with activities of daily living, and promoting the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being for the resident. + Working awareness of state and federal regulations. + Providing direct care duties in a timely manner, while interacting politely and professionally with residents, family members, visitors, and staff. + Cross training to float to other areas of Charter House.- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship; Also, Mayo Clinic

extension program.- Qualifications
- To be considered for this position, you must be listed on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry as a Certified Nursing Assistant and be a minimum of 18-years old.
- License/Certification
- Nursing Assistant Certification required and must be listed on the MN Nursing Assistant Registry.
- Additional Qualifications
- + Previous experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
- Application Requirements
- All required documents must be attached to your application for consideration: + CV/Resume + Cover Letter + Internal candidates must also attach their three most recent performance appraisals. + Internal candidates who have not met their current department's 1- or 2-year commitment, must attach an early release from their current supervisor.
- International Degrees
- + A detailed equivalency evaluation is required, demonstrating a U.S. equivalent degree. + Evaluation must be completed by an organization listed as a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) ( www.naces.org ) or the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE) ( www.aice-eval.org ).
